? Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Development & Management

Recruit current channel partners (installers, EPCs, dealers) Train partners on products, pricing, and sales strategy

Build long-term relationships

Drive revenue through partner network Set sales targets and monitor partner performance

Support partners in closing large deals

Identify new territories and business opportunities Analyze local competition and pricing trends

Help partners understand system sizing, ROI, subsidies Coordinate with engineering teams when needed
1. Scheme & Policy Awareness

Stay updated on government solar schemes (like rooftop subsidies in India) Guide partners and customers on benefits and approvals
