- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in change management frameworks, with a strong focus on driving adoption of IT applications
- Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
- PROSCI Certified

*Mandatory skill sets

- Required skills and qualifications ( Must have ) :
- Ability to translate technology change into people impact (roles, behaviors, ways of working)
- Define and execute Adoption & Change Management strategies aligned to use adoption of IT applications




- Good knowledge of any of the Microsoft products in enabling adoption of either of these products Microsoft, M365, Copilot, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive or SharePoint

*Preferred skill sets

- Build migration or rolloutaligned communication strategies (not generic comms plans)
- Deliver adoption and enablement sessions under Microsoftapproved narratives and assets
- Ability to explain business value and productivity outcomes, not just features
- Ability to build detailed change and communication plans

Year of experience required

- 10+ years of relevant experience as Change Manager leading adoption of IT applications
- Valuable to have Proscicertified Change Management professional
