About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Change Manager to support a large-scale Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation. This role will be part of the PMO and will be responsible for coordinating technical changes, release activities, business approvals, deployment readiness, and production releases.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing enterprise application releases, coordinating across business and technology teams, obtaining required sign-offs, and driving Go/No-Go decisions for production deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the Change Management and Release Management process for the Salesforce Revenue Cloud program.
- Work as part of the PMO, coordinating closely with Program Managers, Business Leads, Salesforce teams, QA, DevOps, Support, and other technology teams.
- Coordinate and track all technical changes associated with Salesforce releases.
- Ensure appropriate business approvals and sign-offs are obtained before production deployment.
- Maintain release plans, deployment schedules, change calendars, dependencies, and readiness checkpoints.
- Coordinate release activities across Development, QA, UAT, Production, and supporting systems.
- Validate that required testing, UAT approvals, production readiness, rollback plans, and support plans are completed before release.
- Lead Go/No-Go calls and facilitate release readiness discussions with business and technology stakeholders.
- Document decisions, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items from Go/No-Go meetings.




- Coordinate production deployment activities and ensure all participating teams understand their responsibilities and timelines.
- Manage emergency changes, planned releases, hot fixes, and production change requests.
- Coordinate releases involving Salesforce and integrated upstream/downstream enterprise applications.
- Track release risks and escalate issues that could impact deployment timelines or business operations.
- Ensure changes follow established Change Management, Release Management, and governance processes.
- Coordinate post-deployment validation, production verification, and business confirmation.
- Facilitate post-release reviews and capture lessons learned for future releases.
- Provide release and change status reporting to PMO and senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Technical Change Management, Release Management, Program Management, or Technical PMO roles.
- Solid experience managing enterprise application releases and production deployments.
- Experience supporting Salesforce implementations, preferably Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Billing, or Quote-to-Cash programs.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, testing, UAT, production deployment,



and release governance.
- Experience running Go/No-Go meetings and production readiness reviews.
- Strong experience obtaining and managing business, technology, QA, and operational sign-offs.
- Ability to coordinate multiple technical and business teams across complex releases.
- Experience managing release calendars, dependencies, risks, issues, and deployment checklists.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience working within a PMO governance structure.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Salesforce DevOps tools, or similar platforms.

- Salesforce CPQ and Billing
- Quote-to-Cash / Lead-to-Cash processes
- Salesforce integrations with ERP, Finance, Billing, CRM, and downstream systems
- ITIL Change and Release Management
- CI/CD and Salesforce deployment processes
- Large enterprise transformation programs

Key Focus Areas:

This is not a traditional Organizational Change Management / communications role. The primary focus is technical change governance, release coordination, production readiness, business sign-offs, and execution of enterprise Salesforce releases.

The Technical Change Manager will serve as the central coordination point between the PMO, Business, Salesforce delivery teams, QA, DevOps, and Production Support to ensure every release is properly approved, controlled, communicated, and successfully deployed.
