Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage change requests through the entire lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with ITIL processes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

- Develop and maintain documentation for change management procedures, including policies, procedures, and templates.

- Analyze incidents and problems to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in Change Management or related field (IT Services & Consulting).

- Robust understanding of CAB (Change Advisory Board) principles and practices.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools for incident management, problem management, and change control.
