Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day CFA/warehouse operations, including inward, storage, picking and dispatch.

- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO implementation and batch-wise inventory management.

- Prepare and process GRN (Goods Receipt Note) accurately and on time.

- Verify incoming material against invoices, challans and physical quantities.

- Identify and report shortage, excess, damage and quality discrepancies during inward.

- Handle damage, shortage, transit and distributor claims and ensure timely closure.

- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock reconciliation.

- Monitor expiry, ageing, slow-moving and non-saleable stock.

- Coordinate with CFA, distributors, transporters, sales and finance teams for smooth operations.

- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch as per approved orders and required batch.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly CFA MIS and stock reports.

- Monitor warehouse hygiene, safety, documentation and process compliance.

- Support month-end stock closing and reconciliation.

- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to reduce stock loss, damages and claims
