Experience

- Minimum skilled experience as per the Level in software quality assurance, with a focus on

designing and executing test plans, regression suites, and automated test cases across enterprise software systems.
- Minimum of hands-on experience as per the Level building, maintaining, and executing automated

and manual testing frameworks in production environments using industry-standard QA tools and

SDLC practices.

- Demonstrated experience with end-to-end quality engineering practices — including test strategy

development, API testing, SQL-based data validation, defect lifecycle management, and UAT coordination — within an enterprise software delivery environment.
- Experience in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences) is a plus.

Certifications (Required / Preferred)
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or ISTQB Advanced Level Test Analyst — Required





(one of the two).
- Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE) — American Society for Quality (ASQ) — Preferred.
- Mabl Certified Tester or Selenium WebDriver Certification (or equivalent automation tool

certification) — Preferred.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner — Preferred.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra (Pune, Pune District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
