Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Centre Manager to manage the operations of a Skill Development Centre under a Government Project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead mobilisers, counsellors and telecallers to achieve batch formation targets.
- Handle candidate mobilisation, counselling and placement activities.
- Coordinate accreditation, affiliation and government inspections.
- Build relationships with local stakeholders and support centre growth.
- Ensure achievement of operational and revenue targets.

Eligibility:





- Graduate in any discipline; preference for MSW/BSW candidates.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Skill Development/Education.
- Strong communication skills in English and the regional language.
- Positive team management, networking and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of Government Skill Development projects and centre operations will be preferred.
