Position: Center Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Center Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our training center, ensure smooth student services, support admissions, coordinate staff and trainers, and achieve center-level targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the training center.
- Handle student admissions, enquiries, counselling and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with trainers, counsellors, telecallers and support staff.
- Monitor daily attendance and student records.
- Ensure proper batch scheduling and classroom management.
- Manage student documentation, admission forms and course-related records.
- Follow up with students regarding fees, attendance and examinations.
- Maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Support marketing activities, seminars, workshops and promotional campaigns.
- Generate enquiries through local marketing and community outreach.
- Monitor admission and revenue targets of the center.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for management.
- Handle student complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure discipline, cleanliness and professional standards at the center.




- Coordinate with management for center requirements and improvements.

Eligibility
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- Experience: 2–5 years in education, training, vocational institute, sales or center operations preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to manage a team and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Marathi, Hindi and English communication skills preferred.

Salary ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Incentives
