Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager CCTV Projects with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in CCTV design, BOQ and quotation preparation, installation, configuration, commissioning, troubleshooting, project coordination, and documentation. The candidate will be responsible for supporting CCTV projects from initial design and estimation through execution, testing, documentation, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and plan CCTV surveillance systems according to project and client requirements.
- Prepare BOQ, material estimates, technical specifications, and quotations.
- Conduct site visits and assess CCTV coverage, camera locations, cabling, networking, and other project requirements.
- Select suitable cameras, NVR/DVRs, storage, PoE switches, cables, racks, and accessories.
- Supervise and coordinate CCTV installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning.
- Troubleshoot CCTV cameras, NVR/DVRs, networking, cabling, power supply, and connectivity-related issues.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, technicians, and internal project teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Guide and supervise CCTV technicians and installation teams.
- Maintain complete and accurate project documentation and records.
- Prepare and maintain BOQs, quotations, technical submittals, project reports, site reports,



installation reports, testing & commissioning reports, checklists, and handover documents.
- Maintain records of material movement, installation status, project progress, and site activities.
- Ensure all required project documents are properly updated and submitted within timelines.
- Prepare as-built drawings, CCTV layouts, camera schedules, IP address details, equipment details, and system configuration records wherever required.
- Maintain documentation for client approvals, material approvals, inspections, and project handover.
- Coordinate with the commercial/procurement team regarding material requirements and project-related documentation.
- Provide technical support during installation and post-installation activities.
- Ensure proper testing, commissioning, documentation, and final handover of CCTV projects.
- Identify technical issues and provide appropriate solutions at project sites.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of CCTV system design and implementation.
- Experience in CCTV BOQ, estimation, and quotation preparation.
- Positive knowledge of IP CCTV, Analog CCTV, NVR, DVR, PoE switches, storage, and networking.
- Hands-on experience in CCTV installation, configuration,



commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of IP addressing, LAN networking, switches, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and understand CCTV layouts, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV products, equipment, and accessories.
- Good understanding of project documentation and handover procedures.

Qualification & Experience:

- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Networking, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in CCTV/ELV/Security Systems projects preferred.
- Candidates with strong hands-on experience in CCTV design, project execution, troubleshooting, quotation, and documentation will be preferred.
