CBH – Credit Channel Location: Calicut Experience:8-10Years Channel: Banca Credit Channel We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager – Credit Channel to manage and drive business through the credit/branch banking channel in Madurai.

Key Responsibilities Drive life insurance business against loans through the Credit Channel. Generate and convert insurance leads from customers availing loans. Manage and develop relationships with banking/credit teams for business generation.

Handle and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned business targets. Guide the team on lead generation, customer pitching, follow-ups, and conversions. Conduct regular team meetings and monitor individual and branch-wise performance.

Ensure achievement of monthly business and premium targets.



Coordinate with credit/branch teams to maximize insurance opportunities from the loan customer base. Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to increase insurance penetration across the assigned cluster.

Candidate Profile 8-10 years of relevant experience in Life Insurance / BFSI.

Experience in Credit,, Banca, will be preferred. Strong relationship management and sales skills. Positive communication and team-handling abilities. Should be target-oriented and comfortable managing multiple branches.
