Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CATIA & Trims Trainer to deliver technical training in CATIA V5 and automotive interior/exterior trim design. The candidate should have strong knowledge of automotive product design, trim components, 3D modeling, and engineering design methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and practical training on CATIA V5.

Train candidates in Part Design, Generative Shape Design (GSD), Assembly Design, and Drafting.

Provide training on automotive interior and exterior trim components.

Explain trim design concepts, component development, and design methodologies.

Train candidates in 3D modeling, surface modeling, assembly creation, and 2D drawing generation.

Explain automotive design standards, GD&T;, and engineering drawing interpretation.

Prepare training materials, exercises, assignments, and assessments.





Evaluate trainees' technical skills and provide feedback.

Support trainees in practical projects and industry-oriented design exercises.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in CATIA V5.

Knowledge of automotive trim design and development.

Understanding of automotive interior/exterior components such as dashboards, door trims, consoles, pillars, and bumpers.

Knowledge of plastic part design, draft analysis, wall thickness, ribs, and mounting features.

Understanding of GD&T;, engineering drawings, and basic manufacturing processes.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
