We are looking for a detail-oriented Catalog Manager to manage and maintain our product catalog across online sales channels. The ideal candidate will ensure product information, images, pricing, inventory details, and product descriptions are accurate, updated, and presented professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, update, and maintain product listings in the catalog management system.
- Add product names, descriptions, specifications, prices, SKUs, and other relevant details.
- Upload, organize, and maintain high-quality product images.
- Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and consistent.
- Coordinate with the purchasing, warehouse, sales, and online teams to collect product details.
- Update product prices, offers, availability, and stock-related information when required.
- Categorize products correctly and maintain proper product attributes.
- Identify and correct errors, duplicate listings, and missing information.
- Monitor catalog quality and ensure products are ready for online sales.
- Support the team in improving product presentation and customer shopping experience.





Requirements
- Previous experience in catalog management, e-commerce, data entry, or a similar role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of product listings, SKUs, and inventory information.
- Good typing, data-entry, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Freshers with good computer skills may also apply.
