The Cashier will be responsible for handling customer payments, preparing and processing service bills, maintaining accurate cash and digital payment records, and ensuring smooth billing operations at the automobile service center. The role requires accuracy, customer-friendly communication, and proper coordination with the Service and Accounts Departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Billing &
- Invoicing

- Prepare and process customer service invoices and bills.

- Collect payments for service, spare parts, labour, and other applicable charges.

- Verify invoice details and ensure accurate billing.

- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other approved payment methods.

- Cash &

- Payment Management

- Maintain daily cash collection records.

- Reconcile cash, UPI, card, and other payment collections.

- Ensure all collections are properly recorded and deposited as per company procedures.

- Report payment discrepancies to the concerned manager.

- Customer Service

- Greet customers and assist them with billing and payment-related queries.





- Explain invoice amounts and payment details when required.

- Maintain skilled and courteous communication with customers.

- Coordination with Service Department

- Coordinate with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to confirm job completion and billing details.

- Ensure payments are completed before vehicle delivery, as per company policy.

- Clarify billing corrections or adjustments with authorized personnel.

- Reporting

- Maintain daily collection and payment records.

- Submit daily cash and payment reconciliation reports.

- Maintain proper records of refunds, discounts, and authorized adjustments.

- Support the Accounts Department during audits and financial verification.

- Compliance &

- Control

- Ensure no unauthorized discounts, refunds, or billing changes are processed.

- Safeguard cash, receipts, and payment-related documents.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
