About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to help grow our wholesale and retail business by handling customer enquiries, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable products, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, commercially minded, and comfortable speaking with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and walk-in customers.

Key Responsibilities -

Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and in person.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Generate new sales and follow up with existing customers.
- Handle wholesale and retail customers professionally
- Prepare and share quotations, product information, prices, and offers.
- Follow up on pending enquiries and quotations.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and identify repeat-order opportunities.
- Develop relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and business customers.
- Coordinate with the billing, packing, dispatch, and inventory teams to ensure orders are processed correctly.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, orders, follow-ups, and customer information.
- Achieve agreed sales targets.
- Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional or relevant products.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate it to management.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.




- Ensure customers receive accurate information regarding product specifications, packaging, availability, and pricing.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Confident speaking with customers and business owners.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and computer applications.
- Ability to negotiate and close sales

. - Good follow-up skills.

- Organized and responsible approach to work.
- Previous experience in sales, wholesale, retail, FMCG, chemicals, industrial products, or distribution is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales ability may also apply.

Salary ₹10000 to 20000 per month.
