Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and track active shipments throughout the Over-the-Road (OTR) journey.

- Maintain regular communication with carriers, drivers, and internal operations teams.

- Obtain and update pickup, delivery, and in-transit status.

- Follow up on check calls, arrival, departure, and delivery updates.

- Identify and escalate delays, breakdowns, detention, layovers, and other shipment exceptions.

- Coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.

- Update transportation management systems (TMS), tracking portals, and internal trackers accurately.

- Maintain proper records of shipment movements, carrier communications, and operational updates.

- Support the team in resolving issues related to PODs, tracking, and delivery confirmations.

- Ensure compliance with company processes and customer communication standards.

- Coordinate with the Carrier Sales, Operations, and Customer Support teams as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
