- Minimum 8 years working experience in SAP PP & QM modules
- Should have experience in SAP PP/QM with ECC & S4 HANA Solution end to end implementation and support experience
- Must be able interact directly with customers to translate business requirements into Solutions.
- Defend the Designed Solution with customers.
- Must have exposure in DMS and good understanding of MRP.
- Understand the Business Processes and sharing recommendations for leveraging technology to drive higher efficiency and/ or effectiveness

-Expertise in SAP QM in the areas of quality inspection processes in procurement, production and delivery.

- Experience in Notifications, Test equipment and calibrations, SPC, Quality certificates and standard reporting. Should possess sound integration knowledge of QM with PP /MM/SD.
- Should have knowledge on business processes in manufacturing/quality and should have ability to map the business processes in SAP.



Should have capabilities in handling Rejections, Rework and deviation in production apart from standard manufacturing/quality processes

Required Skills

- Must have worked on 4- 6 years on implementation and support projects, preferably for Pharma
- Good communication skills are a must with capability to drive requirement gathering workshops.
- Excellent Client interaction, communication and Documentation skills.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Should be familiar with Incident handling, Change Management.
- Must be familiar with standard practice like ITIL, SDLC .
- Must be highly customer focused and understand the customer's service requirements.
- Must have positive academic records.
