Job Summary: /n We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Calypso Back Office domain knowledge and hands-on exposure to the Collateral module. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support solution delivery for Calypso-based back-office and collateral management functions.

Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Calypso Back Office and Collateral processes.

/n

- Liaise with operations, risk, and technology teams to understand settlement, confirmation, and margining workflows.

/n

- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and user stories for development teams.

/n

- Support UAT, defect triaging, and end-to-end testing of Calypso solutions.

/n

- Analyze collateral management processes — margin calls, CSAs, collateral valuation, and dispute resolution.

/n





- Support regulatory and reporting requirements related to collateral and back-office operations.

/n

- Coordinate with stakeholders on release management and production issue resolution.

/n /n Required Skills: /n /n

- 7+ years of experience as a BA in Capital Markets, with strong Calypso Back Office exposure.

/n

- Solid understanding of the Collateral module (margining, CSAs, collateral movements).

/n

- Good knowledge of trade lifecycle and post-trade processing across asset classes.

/n

- Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis.

/n

- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Exposure to SWIFT messaging or regulatory reporting frameworks.

/n

- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
