- Make outbound calls to recent and existing patient leads.

- Follow up with patients regarding consultations, treatments, and appointments.

- Explain basic treatment/service information clearly and professionally.

- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.

- Follow up with patients who have shown interest but have not yet booked.

- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, appointments, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with the hospital team regarding patient appointments.

- Follow up with previous patients for reviews, follow-up visits, and eligible services.

- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.

- Handle patient queries politely and professionally.

Pay: ₹8,887.54 - ₹18,795.08 per month

Work Location: In person
