- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Piping Design, or related field
- Hands-on experience in Pipe Stress Analysis using CAESAR II.
- Solid knowledge of piping flexibility, thermal expansion, sustained and occasional load analysis.
- Experience in static and dynamic stress analysis of piping systems.
- Sound knowledge of ASME B31.1 and/or ASME B31.3 codes.
- Must have experience in pipe support and spring hanger selection/design.
- Ability to interpret stress results and recommend design modifications.
- Experience in preparation of Pipe Stress Reports and supporting calculations.
- Assist assigned engineers & designers in resolution of technical engineering & design challenges
- Preferred experience in Super Critical Boilers of Thermal Power Plant.
- Experience in reviewing 3D piping models for support and stress requirements.
- Familiarity with critical piping systems and high-temperature piping applications.
- Strong attention to detail with quality and accuracy mindset.
- Good communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to lead/mentor team members.
