Handle complete day-to-day operations of the café.

3+ years of experience in café, QSR, restaurant, or hospitality management.

Oversee daily café operations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness and products quality.

Manage foodcosts,watages, track inventory, and analyze reports to drive profitability.

Recruit, train, schedule, and manage front-of-house and back-of-house staff.

Monitor staff performance and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales.

Handle customer complaints and feedbacks professionally.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Experience managing staff schedules and performance A Graduate degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Food & Beverage Services is preferred.

Ability to work weekends and holidays.
