? What we’re looking for: • Solid knowledge of Modern C++
- Data structures & memory management
- Multithreading
- Debugging & performance profiling on Windows/Linux
- Experience with production codebases
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, etc.
⭐ Good to have: • CMake/MSBuild & Git
- Product engineering experience
- Experience with performance optimization and large-scale C++ codebases
? Important: Candidates should be able to explain how they have practically used AI coding tools in a production project—including what they built, improved, debugged, or shipped.
