Job Title: C++ Embedded Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled C++ Embedded Developer with 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in embedded software development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C/C++, embedded systems, firmware development, debugging, and hardware-software integration. You will be responsible for developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining reliable embedded applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain embedded software using C and C++.
- Develop and optimize firmware for embedded systems and microcontroller-based platforms.
- Work closely with hardware engineers to integrate software with embedded hardware.
- Debug and troubleshoot software, firmware, and hardware-related issues.
- Implement communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, or TCP/IP.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system-level debugging.
- Analyze performance, memory usage, and system stability to optimize embedded applications.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and complete SDLC activities.

Required Skills




- 3–4+ years of professional experience in Embedded C/C++ development.
- Strong programming skills in C and contemporary C++.
- Good understanding of OOP, data structures, pointers, memory management, and multithreading.
- Hands-on experience with microcontrollers, embedded Linux, or RTOS.
- Experience with embedded communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using tools such as GDB, JTAG, or similar debugging tools.
- Familiarity with Git, CMake/Make, and build/debug environments.
- Understanding of hardware-software integration and embedded system architecture.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with Embedded Linux / Yocto / Buildroot.
- Knowledge of FreeRTOS or other RTOS platforms.
- Experience with ARM-based microcontrollers/processors.
- Exposure to automotive, IoT, industrial automation, medical devices, or consumer electronics.
- Familiarity with Python or scripting for automation and testing.
