Key Responsibilities :

- Own the product journey from problem discovery to launch.
- Understand customer workflows through direct user/customer interactions.
- Identify problems and translate them into product opportunities.
- Define product requirements, workflows, user journeys and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritise solutions based on customer value, business impact and feasibility.
- Work closely with Design and Engineering teams.
- Define and track product metrics, adoption and product quality.
- Continuously improve the product based on user feedback and data.

Skills Required :

- 5 - 7+ years of experience, including 4+ years in Product Management.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, ERP or workflow - heavy products.
- Strong customer discovery and product problem - solving skills.
- Experience building products in a 0 - to - 1 environment.
- Robust ownership, product judgment and prioritisation skills.
- Comfortable working independently in ambiguous, fast - moving environments.

Education :

- UG : B.Tech / B.E. in Any Specialization
