Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Executive to support our business development and client engagement activities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building professional relationships, coordinating with colleges and organizations, and supporting the company’s business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential corporate and educational clients.
- Make calls, conduct follow-ups, and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Visit colleges and organizations to introduce company programs and services.
- Coordinate and arrange workshops, seminars, training programs, and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, clients, and partners.
- Generate leads through calls, networking, references, and other business channels.




- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for suitable solutions.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and business activities.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business reports.
- Support the team in achieving business development and revenue targets.

Required Skills

- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in making calls and interacting with clients.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel for college/client visits when required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in business development are welcome.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
