Role Description The Business Development Executive will work full time on-site at Cognidel’s Bengaluru location. This role involves identifying recent business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building relationships with prospective learners, corporate clients, and institutional partners. The Executive will conduct outreach via calls, meetings, and presentations, maintain and grow key accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with market needs.

Daily responsibilities include tracking sales activities, updating CRM records, preparing proposals,



and providing regular reports on business development performance. The role also requires representing Cognidel at events or seminars and contributing to strategies for expanding market presence in industrial automation education.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
- Strong Business acumen, including understanding of sales cycles, pricing, and market positioning.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in Account Management, with a focus on relationship building and retention.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in education, training, or industrial automation domains is an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis for reporting and planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
