- This is an IT analyst role, and the candidate must have firsthand techno-functional IT systems experience.
- IT experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Financials or other ERP/CRM systems.
- Experience with Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash (O2C) system and business flows.
- Experience with SDLC delivery methodologies.
- Have experience with the Order-to-Invoicing process.
- Have knowledge of writing SQL queries in an Oracle database setting.
- Have experience with invoicing, receipts, and customer payment processing.
- Have experience with Oracle EBS Receipts, Lockbox, and QuickCash automations.
- Have experience with US and EU banks and payment processor integrations (PayPal, Braintree, etc.).
