We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Partner to take complete responsibility for developing and managing the Civil & Interior Design division of our already-established training institute.

We already have the infrastructure, institute setup and operational support in place. We are looking for a partner who can independently lead the Civil & Interior Design vertical and work with us to build it into a successful training division.

Key Responsibility of the Partner The partner will be responsible for the overall development and management of the Civil & Interior Design division, including:

- Planning and developing Civil & Interior Design courses
- Identifying courses with good student and industry demand
- Developing course curriculum and practical training programs
- Coordinating and managing trainers/faculties
- Handling technical and academic activities
- Developing practical training and project-based learning
- Visiting and consulting with colleges, educational institutions and students
- Building relationships with colleges and educational organizations
- Conducting student counselling and career guidance
- Promoting the Civil & Interior Design programs among students
- Developing industry and professional contacts
- Identifying opportunities for student internships, site visits and practical exposure
- Supporting admissions and student enquiries
- Monitoring the quality of training and student experience
- Taking initiatives to expand the Civil & Interior Design division
- Managing the day-to-day activities related to the Civil vertical

- Classrooms and training facilities
- Administrative support




- Admission support
- Marketing support
- Institute brand and operational setup
- Coordination and organizational assistance

The partner will have the freedom and responsibility to develop the Civil & Interior Design division, with support from our existing team. Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who has:

- Strong practical knowledge in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Construction
- Experience in training, education or the construction/design industry
- Positive communication and presentation skills
- Ability to interact confidently with college management, lecturers, students and parents
- Good networking and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel locally for college visits and student interaction
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to independently develop the division
- Strong interest in building a long-term business partnership

Partnership Model This is not simply a faculty/trainer position. We are looking for a Business Partner who will take ownership of the Civil & Interior Design vertical and actively participate in its growth.

The infrastructure and institutional support will be provided by us, while the partner will contribute their technical expertise, industry/academic network, leadership, business development and day-to-day involvement.

Revenue/profit-sharing and other partnership terms will be mutually discussed and finalized based on the responsibilities and contribution of both parties.
