Role Description The Business Investment Partner will play a key role in driving growth and strategic expansion for Ambika Foods Overseas through capital partnerships and business development initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore, focusing on identifying investment opportunities, evaluating business plans, and supporting financial decision-making for new and existing projects.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and financial analysis, preparing investment proposals, collaborating with senior leadership on strategy, and maintaining relationships with investors, banks,



and key stakeholders. The role also involves monitoring project performance, assessing risks, and recommending actions to optimize returns and strengthen the company’s position in the global spice trade.

The Business Investment

Partner will work closely with operations and sourcing teams to align investment decisions with supply chain and export objectives.

Qualifications

- Robust financial analysis and investment evaluation skills, including experience with business plans, ROI assessments, and risk analysis.
- Background in business development, strategic planning, or corporate finance, preferably in export, FMCG, or agri-commodities sectors.
- Proficiency in market research and data interpretation to support growth initiatives and new market entry decisions.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with investors, partners, and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, with a collaborative, ethical, and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience with financial modeling tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software; familiarity with export trade regulations is an advantage.
- Demonstrated capacity for independent decision-making, problem-solving, and long-term partnership building.
