We have opening for Sales Executive - Business Loan in Dhana Capital and Finance Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and other sources.
- Identify and acquire new SME/MSME and business customers.
- Meet business owners and understand their funding requirements.
- Explain business loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into loan applications.
- Collect and verify KYC, financial, and business-related documents.
- Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for loan processing and approval.
- Follow up with customers until loan sanction and disbursement.
- Achieve assigned monthly business loan sales targets.
- Maintain regular records of leads, applications, customer visits, and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers and business owners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and lending procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Any Degree / Diploma preferred.




- 1–2 years of experience in business loan / SME / MSME / banking / NBFC sales preferred.
- Candidates with relevant field sales experience may also apply.
- Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
