Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Intern role based in Mathura.

The Business

Intern will support day-to-day operations, including assisting with business planning, market research, and performance analysis for the marketplace.

Responsibilities include helping monitor sales and customer trends, preparing reports and presentations, and contributing to process improvements. The intern will interact with teams working on artisan engagement, customer service, and communication initiatives to enhance buyer and seller experiences. The role offers exposure to social impact entrepreneurship, e-commerce operations, and analytical decision-making in a growing organization.

- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Business and Business Planning skills to assist in operational planning, market assessments, and strategic initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, engage with artisans, and support external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to help address buyer and seller inquiries and contribute to a positive marketplace experience.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools, especially spreadsheets and presentations.
- Ability to work on-site in Jhansi, manage multiple tasks, and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Interest in social impact, sustainable commerce, or craft-based industries is highly beneficial.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
