- Build lightweight, maintainable data pipelines using Excel, SQL, and Python/R to support reporting and workflow logic
- Handle data merging, cleaning, and transformation for analysis and automation tasks
- Design and maintain daily / weekly / monthly dashboards for Sales, Inventory, and Production
- Standardize reporting formats across teams to improve management decision-making
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data extracted from ERP / Excel / manual logs
- Identify manual, repetitive tasks and automate them using suitable tools
- Set up workflows that auto-generate alerts, reports, or summaries from Excel / ERP data
- Assist with proof-of-concept AI applications sales forecasting, inventory optimization, quality classification
- Act as a bridge between senior leadership and operational teams,
translating business needs into tools and automation flows
- Collaborate with the existing team while building the next layer of intelligence and automation
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of experience in MIS, operations analytics
- Experience in (FMCG / Pharma / Automobiles / Manufacturing / Luxury Goods / Retail) is an added advantage
- Proficiency in English required; Telugu / Hindi preferred
- Advanced Excel and Power Query skills
- Intermediate SQL knowledge (positive to have)
- Python or R for data wrangling and visualization
- Strong business understanding and communication skills
