Business Intelligence & Analytics Professional
Role Objective
We are seeking a commercially intelligent and analytical skilled to build a centralized intelligence layer across our businesses. The role converts operational, financial, production, procurement, sales, and HR data into clear management decisions and actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Management Intelligence
- Create reliable management visibility through automated dashboards for revenue, margins, EBITDA, cash flow, receivables, payables, inventory, production, capacity, yield, procurement, sales, productivity, and project performance.
- Prepare concise daily, weekly, and monthly management intelligence reports.
1. Operations & Manufacturing Analytics
- Identify and quantify the financial impact of production bottlenecks, yield losses, excessive material consumption, utility inefficiencies, downtime, cost overruns, inventory leakage, process inconsistencies, and quality deviations.
- Develop SKU/product economics covering raw materials, conversion, utilities, labour, packaging, logistics, contribution margin, break-even price, utilization, and scenario analysis.
- Assess commercial viability of products and production campaigns through rapid decision models.
1. Procurement Analytics
- Compare vendor quotations, historical and market prices, lead times, purchase frequency, supplier concentration, price variance, payment terms, and reliability.
- Build supplier scorecards and procurement dashboards.
1. Sales Analytics
- Track leads, opportunities, quotations, follow-ups, samples, trials, conversions, customer revenue, salesperson productivity, lost orders, geography, and product demand.
- Develop sales forecasts and identify high-priority opportunities requiring management intervention.
1. Data Infrastructure
- Consolidate fragmented information from ERP, accounting, CRM, Excel, Google Sheets, emails, procurement, production, QC, inventory, HR systems, and external market databases.
- Reduce disconnected spreadsheets and create reliable centralized datasets.
1. AI & Business Intelligence
- Use AI tools and LLMs to improve data analysis, reporting, forecasting, information retrieval, and management decision support.
- Develop data-driven dashboards and intelligence systems that convert business data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience
- Preferred: B.Tech / B.E.; B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or Finance; or an MBA with strong analytics capability.
- Approximately 1–5 years of experience preferred.
- Exceptional fresh graduates may also be considered.
