ROLE OVERVIEW

This role partners directly with client stakeholders to deliver Power BI reporting, Databricks-based data solutions, and AI-assisted analytics. The selected candidate will onboard alongside the current team member on this account to ensure a smooth transition of knowledge and client relationships ahead of a planned departure in mid-October.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that support MedTech business stakeholders

- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot data pipelines and transformations within Databricks

- Apply AI/LLM prompting techniques to accelerate analysis, automate insight generation, and support GenAI-driven analytics use cases

- Translate business questions from client stakeholders into clear, well-modeled BI solutions

- Maintain data quality, documentation, and governance standards across all deliverables

- Complete a structured knowledge-transfer and shadowing period with the outgoing team member

- Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations directly to the client and VCreaTek account leadership .

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS





- 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field

- Strong hands-on expertise with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and dashboard/report design

- Working experience with Databricks (notebooks, Spark-based data processing, workflow orchestration)

- Practical experience using AI/LLM prompting tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Databricks Genie, or similar) to support analytics work

- Robust SQL skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging directly with client stakeholders

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in MedTech, pharmaceutical, or broader life sciences environments

- Familiarity with Azure Databricks specifically

- Exposure to enterprise data governance frameworks and practices

- Prior experience transitioning onto an active client engagement
