Role Description The Business Head – Tech Product Delivery & Operations role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of technology products, aligning product roadmaps with business goals, and ensuring high-quality, timely releases. The individual will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with product management, engineering, and operations, and establish standards for delivery, service levels, and incident management.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring project milestones, optimizing processes, managing budgets and resources, and driving continuous improvement in product performance and operational efficiency.



The role also involves stakeholder communication, risk management, and ensuring compliance with relevant technology, security, and healthcare industry standards.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership in technology product delivery, operations management, and cross-functional team coordination.
- Experience with product lifecycle management, project planning, and agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong skills in process optimization, quality assurance, and performance monitoring for tech products and platforms.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration with business, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
- Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, assess risks, and make informed decisions that support business objectives.
- Background in healthcare technology, benefits administration platforms, or enterprise SaaS solutions is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a dynamic setting, mentor teams, and foster an inclusive, performance-oriented culture.
