Duties And Responsibilities Build, lead, and motivate large teams, fostering a growth mindset and high performance Develop and execute business strategies aligned with the company's vision to drive revenue, client acquisition, and market share expansion

Lead new account acquisition, product development, and management of the existing product suite Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing regular advice on market opportunities and trading strategies

Innovate and leverage technology for new product launches and cost optimization.

Ensure high levels of customer experience and satisfaction.

Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify recent business opportunities and cross-selling avenues

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance across all channels

Present and implement plans for client base and revenue growth, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and digitization

Helping clients on their Investments and managing their overall financial portfolio and deepening the wallet from existing clients.

Prepare and present investment and portfolio reports to clients,



and conduct meetings or presentations as needed Achieve revenue and client activation targets through effective advisory and relationship management Attain through knowledge about stock market terms and trading practices

Kra P&L; Ownership and Revenue Growth: Responsible for the profit and loss (P&L;) of the broking segment, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and profitability.

Devise and implement strategies and initiatives to expand business revenue and market share. Business Strategy and Execution: Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the stock broking vertical in line with the company’s long-term objectives.

Monitor competition, identify industry benchmarks, and integrate best practices to maintain a competitive edge Team Leadership and Development: Lead, guide, and motivate teams ensuring alignment with organizational goals and high performance

Client Acquisition: Drive new client acquisition and maintain strong relationships with key clients to increase revenue and retention

Market and Product Development: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and product ideas. Oversee the development and distribution of new financial products and services, including mutual funds, insurance, and wealth management
