NWe are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Head to build and lead a new Personal Care & Cosmetic Ingredients business vertical for a rapidly growing specialty ingredients organization

NThis is a greenfield leadership opportunity for a commercially strong professional with deep expertise in the personal care & cosmetic ingredients industry, strong industry relationships, and the ability to build a business from the ground up.

NWhat We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degreein Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or a related discipline.
N
- 10+ years of experiencein the Personal Care & Cosmetic Ingredients industry.
N
- Strong experience in Business Development, Key Account Management or Business Leadership.
N
- Established network across cosmetic manufacturers and global ingredient suppliers.
N
- Track record of launching new product lines or building new business verticals.
N
- Robust commercial negotiation, strategic planning and people leadership skills.
N
- Entrepreneurial mindsetwith the ability to operate independently and build a business from scratch.
N
- Willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally.
N

NExperience with one or more of the following will be preferred:

NEmollients | Surfactants | Emulsifiers | Preservatives | Active Ingredients | Botanical Extracts | Silicones | Specialty Oils & Butters | UV Filters | Humectants | Rheology Modifiers | Conditioning Agents | Functional Ingredients | Natural & Sustainable Ingredients

NKey Responsibilities

- Develop and execute thebusiness strategy, annual plans and growth roadmap.

- Identify high-potentialproduct categories, market segments and new business opportunities.
N
- Build and scale the business into a profitable vertical.
N
- Develop and manage relationships with global ingredient manufacturers and suppliers.
N
- Negotiate distribution agreements and strategic partnerships.
N
- Build relationships with key customers across Personal Care, Skin Care, Hair Care, Colour Cosmetics, Toiletries, Home Care and Contract Manufacturing.
N
- Drive new business development, key account growth and revenue targets.
N
- Lead technical discussions, customer presentations and commercial negotiations.
N
- Establish procurement, inventory, forecasting, pricing and customer-service processes.
N
- Build, mentor and lead a high-performing sales & technical team.
N
- Represent the organization at industry exhibitions, conferences and trade events.
