Role Description The Business Head will lead overall business operations, drive strategic growth, and ensure profitability across key product lines and markets. This full-time, in office role based in Thane includes overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, managing budgets and forecasts, and setting performance targets for cross-functional teams.

The Business

Head will collaborate closely with leadership and department heads to develop and execute business plans, optimize processes, and strengthen brand positioning in the furnishings segment. Daily responsibilities include reviewing business metrics, guiding team leaders, managing key customer and partner relationships,



and making data-driven decisions to improve revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
- Experience in business strategy, planning, and execution, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing management, particularly in the furnishings, textiles, or consumer goods sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for internal and external collaboration.
- Ability to analyze market trends and business data to make informed decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Experience in operations management, process improvement, and establishing efficient workflows.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a senior management or business leadership role, preferably within home furnishings or retail.
- Strong ethical standards, customer-centric mindset, and alignment with Indian market values and practices.
