Business Development / Growth Executive

We’re looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development / Growth Executive to join our Growth Team and help us bring in new clients and business opportunities.

What You’ll Do

- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.




- Find new business opportunities and connect with potential clients.
- Speak with managers and CXO-level people to understand their business needs.
- Follow up with leads, build relationships and help convert prospects into clients.
- Work closely with the Growth Team on lead generation and client acquisition.
- Keep track of calls, leads, follow-ups and business opportunities.
- Take ownership of tasks and share new ideas that can help grow the business.

What We’re Looking For

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with senior professionals and CXO-level stakeholders.
- Positive interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups and outbound sales.
- Someone who is proactive, energetic and willing to take ownership.
- Good at managing follow-ups and keeping things organised.
- Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition or Growth will be an advantage.
- Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a positive “can-do” attitude who is willing to learn and figure things out.
