nYou will take leadership of the complete business-building journey, including:n

n• Developing the overall business & growth strategyn

n• Product & category developmentn

n• Building the sales & leadership teamn

n• Creating a pan-India distribution networkn

n• Brand building, marketing & GTM strategyn

n• Developing dealer, distributor, architect & institutional channelsn

n• Establishing systems, KPIs and processesn

n• Driving revenue, profitability and long-term business valuen

nA senior skilled with 15+ years of experience, preferably in architectural hardware, furniture fittings, kitchen/wardrobe hardware,



building products or allied industries, with a proven track record of building teams, channels and businesses.n

nMost importantly, we are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset — someone who wants to build, not just manage.n
