Position: Business Executive– HL/LAP

Salary: Upto 3.4 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Drive HL/LAP business through Direct Sales, DSAs, Channel Partners & Connectors

Achieve sourcing and disbursement targets

Build and manage DSA & referral partner network

Acquire new customers and maintain strong client relationships

Coordinate with Credit, Legal & Operations for smooth loan processing

Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines

Eligibility

Bachelor's Degree Mandetory

Minimum 1 Year of experience in Home Loan/LAP, Mortgage, Secured Lending Sales

Experience in Banking, NBFC or Housing Finance preferred
