Role Description The Business Development Representative is a full-time, in office role based in Bareilly. This position focuses on identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, managing inside sales activities, and building a strong sales pipeline through targeted lead generation.

Daily responsibilities include researching potential clients, making outreach calls and messages, scheduling and conducting meetings, and presenting SHRS services to prospective partners. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in sales tools or CRM systems, collaborating with the recruitment and staffing teams to align client needs with solutions, and preparing basic proposals or follow-up communications.

The Business Development

Representative is expected to meet defined sales targets, provide regular progress updates, and contribute to relationship-building activities that support long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify prospects,



qualify opportunities, and build a consistent pipeline.
- Sales and Business Development capabilities to convert leads, negotiate terms within guidelines, and support revenue growth.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing interactions.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships, with a customer-focused and results-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of recruitment, staffing, or HR services is an advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Bareilly, with readiness for local client visits as needed.
- Robust organizational, time management, and follow-up skills, with proficiency in common office and CRM software.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
