Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify new outbound leads across target segments (RIAs, credit teams, multi-family offices, fintechs).
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to schedule discovery calls and demos.
- Qualify inbound interest and maintain accurate records in the CRM (HubSpot).
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Nurture relationships with prospects to build trust and move them through the funnel.
- Report on KPIs including outreach volume, meetings booked, and conversion rates.




- Stay informed on industry trends in fintech, wealth management, and financial software.

What Were Looking For

- 13+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales role (fintech or SaaS preferred).
- Strong communication skills-both written and verbal-with a confident, consultative tone.
- Proven ability to generate interest through personalized outreach.
- Curious mindset with a solid desire to learn and grow within a sales organization.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is a plus.
- Bonus if you have exposure to financial products, CRM software, or wealth tech clients.
