Qualification: M.Sc. in Biotechnology / Microbiology / Life Sciences or relevant discipline

Experience: Relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Product Promotion or Industrial Marketing preferred

Ambinova Technologies Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development & Product Promotion Manager to develop and expand business opportunities in the Industrial Segment across Hyderabad and the assigned territory.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting Ambinova products, developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and supporting overall sales and market growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial market.
- Promote and create awareness of Ambinova products among prospective customers.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, demonstrations and technical discussions.
- Develop relationships with industries, laboratories, manufacturing units, pharmaceutical companies, research facilities and other potential customers.
- Generate enquiries, follow up with customers and support the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal technical and sales teams to provide suitable product solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, product proposals and commercial offers as required.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, promotional activities and other business development initiatives.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities,



customer requirements and emerging business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly update customer and lead information.
- Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.
- Submit regular reports on customer visits, leads, enquiries, sales activities, market feedback and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with channel partners, dealers and internal teams for business development and product promotion activities.
- Support the expansion of Ambinova's market presence and brand visibility in the assigned territory.

Desired Candidate Profile
- M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences or a relevant scientific discipline.
- Good understanding of scientific, laboratory and industrial products will be preferred.
- Solid communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct product presentations and communicate technical product benefits effectively.
- Good business development, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to travel extensively for customer visits.
- Ability to identify market opportunities and independently develop new customer accounts.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in industrial sales, laboratory equipment, scientific instruments or product promotion will be an added advantage.
