We are looking for a Thai-speaking Business Development Officer from the local Indian talent market to support our business development, market intelligence, investment exploration, and stakeholder coordination activities in India.

This position will serve as an important coordination point between local stakeholders in India and our management and functional teams in Thailand. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of the Indian business environment and be able to communicate professionally in Thai and English.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and assess potential business and investment opportunities in India.
- Conduct market, industry, competitor, policy, and regulatory research.
- Support project screening, business analysis, feasibility studies, and due diligence activities.
- Prepare opportunity summaries, business reports, and management presentations.
- Coordinate with business partners, advisors, suppliers, authorities, and other stakeholders in India.
- Facilitate communication and follow-up between teams in India and Thailand.
- Communicate, interpret, or explain relevant business information in Thai and English.
- Support business meetings, site visits, management visits, and assigned activities in India.
- Track project developments, key milestones, outstanding information, and follow-up actions.
- Support internal coordination and approval processes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy, International Business,



or a related field.
- Relevant experience in business development, market research, investment analysis, consulting, project coordination, energy, infrastructure, or a related area.
- Solid understanding of the Indian business environment and local stakeholder practices.
- Professional working proficiency in Thai and English.
- Hindi or another Indian language is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
- Currently based in India and available to work full-time in Delhi NCR (Wework at Aerocity Worldmark 6)
- Unrestricted and continuing right to work in India without employer-sponsored immigration support.

Important Employment Information This is a local India position. Salary and benefits will be provided under the company's local India employment scheme and will be aligned with the local market and applicable company policies.

The company will not provide employment visa sponsorship, work permit or immigration support, relocation assistance, expatriate allowances, tax equalization, housing advantages, home-leave benefits, or international assignment benefits for this position.
