About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in US & UK client handling, business development, lead generation, and client relationship management, preferably within the BIM, AEC, architecture, engineering, or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in US & UK markets
- Handle and build strong relationships with international clients
- Communicate with prospects through email, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities
- Maintain CRM, lead pipelines, and regular sales reports




- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets
- Coordinate with project and management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / International Sales
- Strong experience handling US & UK clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of client acquisition and lead-generation strategies
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work with international time zones when required
- Experience in BIM / AEC / Engineering / Construction industry will be an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in client communication
