Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new real estate and redevelopment project opportunities.

- Conduct project feasibility assessments and preliminary due diligence.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with society members, committees, stakeholders, and government authorities.

- Lead negotiations and support execution of legal agreements in compliance with DCPR 2034, RERA, and other applicable regulations.

- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, legal advisors, and authorities to ensure smooth project transition from acquisition to execution.

- Support the process of obtaining necessary approvals, permissions, and clearances for projects.
