Business Development Manager

- Manage and lead the Business Development & Marketing Team.

- Drive Direct & Referral Marketing to increase patient footfall.

- Develop relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, and institutions.

- Generate recent patient referrals and business opportunities.

- Conduct field visits, health camps, and promotional activities.

- Achieve assigned patient footfall and revenue targets.

- Monitor team performance and maintain regular reports.

Qualification & Experience:

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or equivalent preferred.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Hospital Marketing, Business Development, Sales, or Referral Marketing.

- Strong communication, leadership, networking, and negotiation skills.
