Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end sales for Central &
- State Government and PSU accounts across India.

- Drive business through GeM, tenders, RFP/RFQ/EOI, BOQ &

- QCBS bidding, reverse auctions

and order execution.

- Build relationships with government officers, PSUs, Nodal Agencies and procurement authorities.

- Manage government bids from strategy, pricing, compliance to closure.

- Handle PSU empanelment, System Integrators (SIs) and strategic partners.

- Build and manage government sales pipeline; drive repeat business, renewals, cross-sell and upsell.

- Conduct competitor/tender analysis and deliver presentations/demos.

- Lead and manage the government sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Required Experience &

- Skills

- MBA/Engineering with Sales &
- Marketing background.

- 5–7 years IT Sales experience,



including 4–5 years in Government/PSU IT Sales.

- Solid hands-on experience with GeM Portal and government tendering/procurement.

- Experience with Central/State Government, PSUs and agencies such as MeitY, NIC, CSIR, etc.

- Proven experience in large government deal bidding and closures.

- Strong government liaisoning, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.

- Nationwide government sales exposure and strong PSU/Government network.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
