Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, sales strategy, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and outbound sales.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the complete sales/business development cycle.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, prospects, and business partners.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products/services.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales pipeline, prepare reports, and provide regular business updates.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and business growth targets.
