Mould Texs is expanding its presence in the mould texturing and surface engineering industry , serving customers across Automotive, Consumer Products, Medical Devices, Tooling and other engineering sectors.

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented candidates to join our Sales & Business Development team and help strengthen customer relationships and develop new business opportunities across India.

Experienced professionals as well as freshers are welcome to apply. Male and female candidates are equally encouraged to apply.

The Role The candidate will be involved in developing new customers, managing key accounts, identifying upcoming projects, working closely with mould makers, Tier-1 suppliers and OEMs , and converting technical opportunities into business.

We are looking for:

- Experience in technical / industrial B2B sales is preferred, but not mandatory for freshers
- Exposure to moulds, plastics, tooling,



automotive components or engineering industries is an advantage
- Good communication, presentation and customer-interaction skills
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated attitude with an interest in developing current business
- Willingness to travel and meet customers
- B.E. Mechanical / Diploma in Plastics, Mechanical or related Engineering preferred
